A Legacy of Healing Since 1840
For over 150 years, the Nambiaparambil name has been synonymous with authentic Ayurvedic healing. Our story is not just one of a hospital, but of a family's unwavering dedication to the science of life, passed down through five generations of visionary Vaidyans.

Building a Healthier Future – Our History in Medicine
Our healing lineage begins with
Rev. Fr. Mathew Vaidyan
who laid the foundational values of compassion and service. His deep connection to spiritual and natural well-being set the cornerstone upon which our legacy was built.

In 1870, the visionary
Nambiaparambil Luka Vaidyan
transformed theory into practice by establishing the Nambiaparambil Ayurveda Panchakarma Hospital. He chose the serene, green lands of Vazhakulam, believing that true healing must occur in harmony with nature. He was the architect of our healing sanctuary, deciphering ancient texts to create potent healing systems for the community.

Nambiaparambil Thomman Vaidyan
was a man of both profound healing knowledge and social commitment. A respected healer who conducted immense research, he was also elected as the first MLA of the Thodupuzha electorate in 1905. Under his stewardship, the hospital firmly upheld traditional Ayurvedic standards while expanding its service to society.

Thomman Thomman Vaidyan
carried the legacy forward with steadfast dedication. He ensured the pure, traditional treatments like the renowned Nambiaparambil Ayurveda Panchakarma (since 1910) were preserved and dispersed, maintaining the highest standards of classical Ayurvedic care for a new generation.
